CLINICAL TECHNICIANS

Our technicians are to assist the patient. They will contact the patient to schedule their appointment (after processing by the business office) and answer questions and provide directives to the patient prior to their appointment.

Directed by our physicians, the clinical technicians work directly with the patients in the assessment, procedure and follow-up. They will become the patient’s point of contact relative to their visit in our clinic. Any questions related to procedure description or information, appointments and the patient’s follow-up and reports should be sent to:

BUSINESS OFFICE Susie is the initial contact for scheduling. She will process request for appointments and direct them to our clinical technicians to be scheduled. Susie handles accounts receivable, medical records* and can help you with any billing, collection, insurance or worker’s compensation issues.
